We do not have a refund policy unless the jewelry delivered is damaged or broken. We would require you to intimate us of any damage during transit within 24 hours of you receiving it via pictures. Used Jewelry will not be accepted as return. Please ensure to check the jewelry description before purchasing. The product can be exchanged with another product of same value. Money can be refunded only after us receiving the product and after a thorough check.  The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in the same box you received.

You can give a long life to your costume jewelry by keeping them away from - Water, harsh chemicals like powder, perfume, lotions etc.

Air, tends to tarnish the metals. So secure the jewelry well inside a ziplock bag with the air squeezed out.

Please maintain seperate boxes for storing the jewelry and please do not hang the jewelry as it creates tension and the strings loosen up creating space between the beads.  

Please air the jewelry before placing inside the ziplock bag or wipe the sweat off before placing it inside the covers.

Always remember, Jewelery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
